Who We Are

As Founding Partner and President, Dave's job is to connect people to members of the CultureSync tribe and then get out of the way. That's a long way of saying he doesn't do any actual work, other than consulting, writing, giving keynotes, or hiding from everyone at CultureSync by teaching at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he's been loitering since 1996. When people try to make him sound credible, they say things like New York Times #1 author of four books, consultant to three dozen Fortune 500 companies, and PhD in organizational communication from the Annenberg School at USC.
Carrie Kish is the Partner and Chief Executive Officer for CultureSync. Carrie is a consultant, a leadership trainer and a coach who specializes in leadership training for executives, small businesses and non-profit leaders. She has over 20 years of experience as a coach and a trainer, including working as a coach for Anthony Robbins. She is a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold several businesses.
As Senior Partner and Chief Operating Officer, Jack is known as the glue of the company, as he has been with us since nearly the beginning of time. We’ve heard people say he represents the heart and soul of our tribe. He brings his values of fun, family, and freedom to be yourself, served up fresh every day... well, most days.
As Partner, Chief Marketing Officer and Leadership Coach at CultureSync, Harte leads the firm’s efforts and teams on marketing, branding, ecommerce, social media, and web strategy. Her passion is coaching clients to make a lasting impact. She has worked in companies as diverse as NBC, Activision (video game publisher), Disney Interactive, Sargent & Berman (branding firm), and Dermogensis, a revolutionary skin care company. Harte received her MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and is a Hudson Institute Certified Coach.
Ken Perlman is a recognized thought leader, consultant, facilitator and presenter with 20 years’ experience consulting to executives and teams at Fortune 500 companies. Ken has built his expertise in leadership, change, innovation, program management, communications, organization design, business process excellence and technology adoption.
Nickie, our Director of Digital Culture, began her career as a graphic designer which drove her passion for marketing. At CultureSync she uses her artistic problem solving background as our social media and customer service guru. Her naturally innovative personality yields to creative solutions and epic relationship building. She holds an array of eclectic creative passions, including sustainable design.
Claire transitioned from a career in film development to support our team on many levels. At CultureSync, Claire handles administrative tasks including scheduling, travel and general sanity, especially for Dave. In addition, Claire writes for our newsletters, works with our social media and writes for our blog. Her hope is to always support CultureSync and its clients through creativity, kindness and cupcakes.
