Who We Are

SENIOR TRIBE MEMBERS
DAVE LOGAN
As Co-founder and Senior Partner, Dave's job is to connect people to members of the CultureSync tribe and then get out of the way. That's a long way of saying he doesn't do any actual work, other than consulting, writing, giving keynotes, or hiding from everyone at CultureSync by teaching at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he's been loitering since 1996. When people try to make him sound credible, they say things like New York Times #1 author of four books, consultant to three dozen Fortune 500 companies, and PhD in organizational communication from the Annenberg School at USC.
MITCH CREEM
Mitch Creem is a Senior Partner at CultureSync. He has 30 years of management experience covering all aspects of the healthcare industry including hospital, research and faculty group practice management, and is a frequent speaker on topics ranging from IT strategic planning to hospital turnarounds. Most recently, Mitch was the CEO for the Keck Hospital of USC and USC Norris Cancer Hospital, an enterprise consisting of 471 patient beds and medical services staffed by personnel numbering 2,500.
JACK BENNETT
As Chief Operations Officer, Jack is known as the glue of the company, as he has been with us since nearly the beginning of time. We’ve heard people say he represents the heart and soul of our tribe. He brings his values of fun, family, and freedom to be yourself, served up fresh every day... well, most days.
CARRIE KISH, CPCC
Carrie Kish is a Senior Consultant and the Director of Business Development for CultureSync. Carrie is a consultant, a leadership trainer and a coach who specializes in leadership training for executives, small businesses and non-profit leaders. She has over 20 years of experience as a coach and a trainer, including working as a coach for Anthony Robbins. She is a serial entrepreneur who has built and sold several businesses.
DEIRDRE GRUENDLER
An impact junkie, Deirdre is having a blast collaborating with CultureSync and the Tribal Leadership community to pull together countless creative threads into a cohesive knit for CSAcademy (yep, she lived in Wisconsin for 25 years and still fantasizes about warm woolen mittens).
HARTE LOGAN
Prior to Harte’s latest adventure at CultureSync, she gained traditional marketing experience from Activision, Disney Consumer Products, Bandai America, NBC and Team One Advertising where she worked with brands such as Star Trek, Power Rangers, Telemundo, Lexus and Boston Market.
BECCA ORDONEZ
Our spirited social media butterfly, Becca, is the webmaster of CultureSync. While, for the most part, she helps out with website, she also contributes across the board in marketing, operations, and customer service. She brings her values of innovation, creativity, and collaboration to the group and loves to start each day with a positive and optimistic outlook.
MARK TAYLOR
Mark Taylor is an executive with a 35-year history as an accomplished CEO and corporate manager. Currently, he is a Chair of several “think tanks” composed of successful Manhattan CEOs focused on “outperforming” their competition for Vistage International. He’s a frequent keynote speaker, and international consultant. Mark is an Approved Tribal Leader, and one of CultureSync’s top facilitators.
LESLIE BENNETT
Leslie Bennett has 20 years of experience in expanding the revenues of a variety of organizations. Her titles include “Approved Tribal Leader” and “Corporate Culture Game-Changer.” She is the founder of Open Spaces Learning; they partner with businesses to shift their in-house “vibe” as employees collaborate on an “all-for-one” productivity mission. She loves spending time with her family in Jamaica, practicing yoga by the sea and supporting her husband Neil in his acting career.
BARRY BETTMAN
Barry Bettman is a Professional Certified Coach and Producer at CultureSync. Barry helps individuals zero in and realize their goals. He is our awesome producer of Tribal Leadership Intensive and a valuable member of the team.
