The Tribal Leadership Approval Program is designed to support business leaders and consultants to develop themselves into Stage Four leaders and recognized as “CultureSync™ Approved Tribal Leaders” – leaders whose teams produce vastly superior results by synchronizing culture and strategy.

A Stage Four Leader is someone proficient in articulating, problem solving and living personally from Stage Four thinking. Stable at Stage Four is a lifestyle.

1. Tribal Leader Support – Expanded training and support to develop a leader in the ontology and practices of the Tribal Leadership methodology.
2. Tribal Leader Approval Process – Mentoring and support through actual engagements and partnering situations that develop and demonstrate the candidates grounding and effectiveness in creating stable Stage Four triads. Leaders who are approved can be counted on to create stabilized partnerships with just about anyone, in a variety of situations.
3. The Clearing – “Approved Tribal Leaders” are invited into an advanced conversation charting the future of Tribal Leadership.
