How do I  access my "stuff" in my CultureSync account for downloads and course materials?
  1. Go to http://www.culturesync.net/my-account/
  2. Click on the Log In button under "Access Your Account"
  3. Fill in your user email and password.
  • My Programs: Your CSAcademy Courses and Events.
  • My Toolbox: Click on My Toolbox to access all of your downloads.
  • My Account: Click on My Account to update your billing and credit card information.

If you have forgotten your password, click on “forgot my password” on the login page. Or, if you need to register for an account, click here. Please email us if you are not sure or have any difficulties.

Where do I reach out to customer service?
How do I download my programs into an iPad?
  1. Download program .zip file.
  2. To unzip your downloaded file, iZip is available at the online apple store.
  • Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 5.0 or later.
I'm still waiting for my next 21 Day Challenge video. Where is it?
In order to get the next video, you must click on your most recent video. The next video will be sent within 24 hours. The 21 Day Challenge is meant to be done consecutively and we don't want to overwhelm you before you complete each day's challenge. If there is still a delay, please email Nickie DeTolve for further assistance.

I use gmail and am not getting emails from CultureSync, what should I do?
Gmail has rolled out a new inbox feature that automatically filters your email. They may have categorized us under the “promotions” tab. Here’s how to fix that:

1. Click on and drag one of the emails from us to the “Primary” tab. Then make sure you click “Yes” when the alert pops up.

2. If you want to completely remove these new tabs simply go to the Settings box in the upper right hand corner of your inbox and select “Settings”.

3. Click on the “Inbox” tab and unselect all categories except “Primary” (remember to save your changes!)”

I'm not getting your emails anymore! I think I have an email internal server or firewall, what should I do?
Please take the following steps:

Add this IP address to the white list: 208.76.24.0/22 (ask tech support if needed)
Add these mailer addresses:
noreply@infusionsoft.com
mailer@infusionsoft.com
noreply@infusionmail.com

Once this is complete, contact Nickie DeTolve if you have not received an email. You may need to be manually placed back into the email sequence.
