CultureSync has two levels of cultural assessment for organizations.

CultureMeter Assessment

Have you taken the Tribal Leadership cultural survey? Many organizations send their people to this complementary survey tool that enables each employee to assess the culture.

This is a great educational tool that gets everyone grounded about what are the Five Stages and assessing their personal view about where the culture is at.

CultureSync can run a custom version of this survey for your organization. We will aggregate the data of everyone who took the survey which results in a overall assessment of your culture.
At the completion of the survey, your leadership team will have a one-hour discussion of your results with a qualified Tribal Leadership consultant about upgrading your organization’s culture.

Cultural X-Ray Assessment

A cultural X-ray is a snapshot of a tribal culture, in which all of the Tribal Leadership stages are visible. Seeing this X-ray shows you what to work on to get a quantum increase in results by upgrading the culture.

The x-ray is produced by setting up a login for each of the people in your organization who will be included in the assessment.
Each individual answers a few questions about themselves and the people they work with, taking an average of five minutes.
Once the x-ray diagram is ready, one of our senior consultants will go over the results with you on a phone call, so that you can see exactly what actions to take right away.
